Embrace Excellence is an open enrollment training program, which takes you along a journey of self-development and personality grooming. This initiative has been especially designed for Contact Centre by the HRBP team after careful study and conducting Need Analysis of the employees. The purpose of this workshop is to give participants a chance to explore their inner-self in order to boost up their confidence, provide them with food for thought about their career paths and make them self-aware about their true potentials. Using the tools of storytelling, group activities and visuals, participants are energized and enlightened about the importance of smart work and self-discipline. In order to encourage partaking, a small gift is also given to all the top performers of the session as a token of appreciation. Embrace Excellence consists of three modules, each one of it is targeted at certain aspect of personality development. First module is “Know Yourself”, which aims to help participants to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. The second module is “Poise for Corporate Excellence”, which consists of topics related to corporate etiquettes and work place ethics & behaviors and the last module is “Perform at your Best” which includes CV writing and Interviewing skills along with Mock interview session & Role Play. The first module, “Embrace Excellence - Know Yourself” was initially launched in Lahore with the Domestic Campaigns in December 2016. Soon, after seeing the high interest levels of the audience and positive feedback from the participants, it recently got implemented across the other two locations of IBEX Global –Karachi & Islamabad. It has turned out to be a successful training module across all three locations. So far, 130 employees have participated in “Embrace Excellence - Know Yourself” across all three locations. The second module, “Embrace Excellence – Poise for Corporate Excellence” is in the pipeline and will be launched soon in the next quarter. Those participants, who will attend all the three modules, will be given a certificate of participation. The HRBP team will continue developing these sorts of initiatives in order to engage, improve and motivate our employees in the future as well.
